SPORTS AND COMMERCIAL FAIR
Terms of participation
To take part in the Sports and Commercial Fair that will take place at the same time the plan of activities of the 5th International Paragliding Festival of Los Realejos – FLYPA ‘09 is carried out, the participants have to take into account the following terms:
- - The Fair will be hold from April 30th to 3rd May 2009.
- - The stands will be placed in the sea avenue of El Socorro Beach, the official take – off during the festival and the place of people meeting.
- - The enterprises and the people interested in taking part in it will have a stand over 2.5 x 2 x 2.20 metres. The standard measure of the poster with the name of the exhibition that can be set is over 20 cm x 2.5 metres. *
- - The participation in the fair is completely free, with any expenses for the inscription of the enterprises or the rest of people. However, it will be necessary the payment of these same inscription fees planned for the pilots and their partners in the 5th International Paragliding Festival of Los Realejos – FLYPA ’09 as well for each of the participants who come to the fair to show their products:

According to the received requests and taking into account the current financial situation, we have decided to postpone the addition of the inscription fees of Flypa ’09 till April on Friday 24th. The inscription times remain as follow:

Except for the payment by credit card, it is necessary to send through an e-mail (info@flypa.es) or fax (00 34 922 346 603) the supporting document of the income to put it into effect, writing it down your name and the heading of:
“Pilot Festival”, “Partner Festival” or “Exhibitor Festival”
The payment of this inscription fee will give you the right, besides you take part in it, to enjoy each of the planned activities, meals, the number of moves included in the planning, lodgings offers, complementary visits, and to any other profit derived from the inscription in this festival.
The people who register in the fair must hold the stand open during the established hours and according to the four days period of the fair.
